Mr. Rescinio has been working with the Faragi Group since 2011 as General Counsel, responsible for all legal work of the firm. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and is qualified in all areas of New Jersey law. He also has a passion for tax mitigation and asset protection and has been practicing estate, probate, trust and tax law in New Jersey since 1992. He uses his knowledge and experience to assist clients throughout the legal process with professionalism and integrity. His Estate planning services include but are not limited to: Family Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, QTIP trusts, and Special Needs Trusts. He also helps clients with end of life planning such as wills, powers of Attorney, and living wills. He provides personal attention and service to each of the firm’s clients, one on one, regarding their legal matters. Whether it is creating a Will or Trust, making plans for long-term care or disability, or guiding clients through Probate and Estate administration matters.

Mr. Rescinio offers clients high levels of accessibility and attentiveness. He is well respected within the legal community and often receives referrals from other Attorneys as well as existing clients. He provides free consultations to Faragi Group clients in our New Jersey office during normal business hours, and is available nights and weekends by appointment.
