Driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for high-quality investments, Mr. Faragi founded and is Chairman, CEO, and CIO of The Faragi Group. The business caters to high net worth investors, valued at or above $150,000. Since launching the business in 2011, he has built it from the ground floor into a thriving enterprise. He has also leveraged his financial expertise to develop a highly profitable asset allocation model that hedges against inflation and adverse economic conditions. He has successfully applied this model during one of the most severe market downturns in recent history. One of his greatest strengths is his ability to recognize, seize, and profit from unique market opportunities, especially during periods of disruption and change. He attempts to maximize investor returns by capitalizing on increased yields, driven by an inverse correlation to declining interest rates and stock market valuations.
In addition to his technical expertise, Mr.Faragi is highly accomplished at recruiting, building, and leading talented teams of professionals to projects and initiatives. In his current position, He regularly manages cross-functional project teams, including accountants, lawyers, brokers, and separate account managers. Previously, he supervised client engagement teams, in meeting complex client deliverables with challenging deadlines and demanding requirements.
Mr. Faragi’s career path was shaped by his role as a financial advisor. His career started in 1993, at Prudential-Bache where he attained his series 7, 65, 63, and his life and health insurance licenses. At Prudential-Bache he handled all aspects of client development and assessment including wealth management, retirement planning, trust and estate planning, educational planning, and insurance. In 1995 he joined Charles Schwab and continued to develop his product assessment in all areas and attained his series 8, he went on to be a producing manager at Charles Schwab. In 2004 he joined The Roosevelt Investment Group in Midtown Manhattan as a director. There he further honed his analytical and investigative skills, while working with high net worth retail and institutional clients. His experiences at these 3 major Wall St. firms over the past 19 years have been instrumental to his subsequent successes.
Mr. Faragi is currently registered with FINRA and holds his series 65; he also has a Bachelor of Arts, with Honors and Distinction, from Monmouth University 1992, where he attended on multiple scholarships including a 2-year merit scholarship. He currently resides in Lanoka Harbor, New Jersey, with his wife Carla, and their two children: Luis and Nicholas.
